Pakistan China trade agreements were signed during a business conference in Lahore where Pakistani and Chinese companies finalized multiple memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and investment deals across different industrial sectors. The agreements are expected to strengthen industrial cooperation and expand trade relations between the two countries.
According to reports, the agreements were signed during the Pakistan-China Business-to-Business Conference held at a local hotel in Lahore in the presence of Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Haroon Akhtar Khan.
🤝 Multiple Trade Agreements Finalized
Several Pakistani and Chinese companies signed MOUs and commercial agreements following successful business matchmaking sessions during the conference.
Officials said the agreements covered multiple sectors including home appliances, electrical equipment, and battery storage industries.
🏭 Major Investments Announced in Industrial Sectors
Reports stated that 15 MOUs were signed in the home appliances sector, where the largest investment reached nearly 40 million dollars.
In the electrical sector, 10 major agreements were finalized, including one agreement valued at around 60 million dollars.
🔋 Battery Storage Sector Attracts Strong Investment
The conference also resulted in 27 agreements and MOUs in the battery storage sector.
According to officials, the largest investment in this category reached approximately 82 million dollars, reflecting growing interest in energy storage and industrial technology projects.
📈 More Negotiations Still Underway
Reports indicated that discussions on around 40 additional MOUs are still continuing between Pakistani and Chinese companies.
Business representatives believe the ongoing negotiations may create further opportunities for industrial collaboration and future investment projects.

Speaking at the event, Haroon Akhtar Khan said Pakistan is moving toward economic stability and industrial growth under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
He stated that the government remains focused on industrial development, export growth, and attracting foreign investment into the country.
🌍 Pakistan-China Cooperation Expected to Expand
Officials described Pakistan-China economic cooperation as an important source of development and prosperity for both countries.
They added that the latest agreements may open new doors for joint investment projects and strengthen industrial and commercial relations between Pakistan and China.
