PSL 11 Schedule Announced as the Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed the fixtures for the HBL Pakistan Super League Season 11, which will take place from March 26 to May 3, featuring an expanded format with more teams and matches across multiple cities.
The upcoming edition of the league will mark a major milestone in PSL history as eight teams will compete for the first time, following the addition of two new franchises.
Two New Teams Join PSL
The league will expand from six to eight teams with the inclusion of Hyderabad Kings Men and Rawalpindi, introducing a new competitive dynamic to Pakistan’s premier T20 tournament.
With the addition of the new franchises, PSL 11 will feature a broader competition structure aimed at increasing fan engagement and expanding the league’s presence across more regions of the country.
Officials say the expansion reflects the growing popularity of the tournament and the increasing commercial strength of Pakistan’s domestic T20 league.
Tournament Format and Match Schedule
According to the announced schedule, PSL 11 will feature a total of 44 matches played over more than five weeks.
Each team will play 10 matches during the league stage, competing for qualification into the playoff round.

The tournament will also include 12 double-header matchdays, providing fans with multiple matches on the same day throughout the competition.

The PSL 11 matches will be hosted across six cities, expanding the geographic footprint of the league.
Two venues — Faisalabad and Peshawar — will host PSL matches for the first time, marking a significant development in the league’s nationwide reach.
The opening match of the tournament will be played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, traditionally one of the league’s most prominent venues.

PSL Continues To Expand Nationwide
League officials believe the addition of new teams and venues will further strengthen the PSL brand both domestically and internationally.
Over the past decade, the Pakistan Super League has become one of the most followed cricket leagues globally, attracting international players and large television audiences.
Expanding the tournament to more cities and franchises is expected to increase commercial opportunities, strengthen local cricket infrastructure, and boost fan participation throughout the country.
Cricket analysts say PSL 11 could become the largest edition of the tournament so far, both in terms of teams and geographic coverage.
